Embroidery

This process takes an art file and breaks it down to thread colors and stitches. Then sews the image in the garments.  This process is great for company polos, jackets, and hats.  Not to be considered if your logo has small words or fine line details because the process can not retain the quality needed to create a professional look.  Send us your logo and we will evaluate the best form of reproduction for your design.

Sublijet Dye Sublimation Printing

The process of transferring ink directly into a non-natural material through the process of heat and pressure. This method of printing produces beautiful vibrant colors that stand resilient to washing, scratching, normal wear and tear.  This method can only be used on specially coated 100% polyester white shirts.

Chromoblast Dye Sublimation Printing

The process of transferring ink directly into a 100% Cotton material through the process of heat and pressure. This method of printing produces beautiful vibrant colors that stand resilient to washing, scratching, normal wear and tear.  This method can only be used on 100% Cotton white shirts.

Direct To Garment Printing

This process removes the need for screens and squeegees from the printing process.  Using inkjet heads, it sprays ink directly onto the shirt creating a beautiful full color image. Strong, durable, and long lasting, these shirts are the perfect option for full color designs that can’t be handled through traditional screen printing methods.  This method is limited to cotton t-shirts only

Heat Press Cut Vinyl Transfers

This process uses heat responsive vinyl that is contoured with a computerized cutter into shaped, letters, numbers, and then fused to the fabric with heat and pressure.  Though it works best on cotton, it can be applied to almost any material with the exception of nylon. The vinyl comes in a wide variety of colors, as well as, a wide variety of effects like glitter, foil, reflective, glow in the dark, flocking, and more.  This is a great product for short runs, special events, personalized gifts, sports names and numbers.
